Terms and Conditions
1. Event Registrations
All event registrations are final. No refunds will be issued due to incurred costs.
In the case that Rise to Lead cancels an event, you will receive a credit to use toward future services or events.
2. 1:1 Session
All purchases of 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. After 6 months, unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded.
3. Group Sessions and Masterminds
All sales for group sessions and masterminds are final. No refunds will be issued
4. Cancellations from Rise to Lead
In the event that Rise to Lead cancels a 1:1 session, group session, or mastermind, any services not delivered will be refunded proportionately based on the number of hours not provided.
By purchasing any product or service from Rise to Lead, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for all services, including events, 1:1 sessions, and group programs, must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your registration or service access.
6. Service Availability
Rise to Lead reserves the right to change or discontinue services, events, or programs at any time without prior notice.
In the event of changes, we will notify customers and provide alternative options or credits where applicable.
7. Participant Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event, group session, or mastermind without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the community guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including event materials, resources, and branding related to Rise to Lead, is the intellectual property of Ilona Satya and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Force Majeure
Rise to Lead is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or interruptions in internet service.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in any Rise to Lead events or services, you agree to release Ilona Satya and the Rise to Lead movement from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your participation.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or emotional distress resulting from the use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia / USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
